The National Association of Federally Impacted Schools (NAFIS) respects the privacy of its website visitors. NAFIS does not collect personal information from users browsing its website, except for aggregate data such as number of visitors to our website, time on page and other website analytics.
NAFIS collects and uses personal information only if a visitor chooses to submit such information in response to surveys, e-mail, event registration, etc. In addition, NAFIS collects and may use information submitted through the NAFIS Action Center, which is powered by Phone 2 Action, which has been acquired by Quorum. NAFIS also collects and uses information submitted on our conference registration site and app. The conference registration site and conference app are powered by Cvent. The Cvent privacy policy is also available online.
NAFIS uses information voluntarily submitted by visitors to improve its own web content and programming and to provide services to website visitors and NAFIS members. NAFIS does not sell or rent information to any third party. NAFIS may disclose your personal information as required by law or legal process.
A user can revoke consent and/or request deletion of the user’s data by contacting NAFIS at info@nafisdc.org, and NAFIS will promptly arrange for the data to be deleted to the extent requested.
