CONFERENCE CANCELLATION/BILLING POLICY

For any district that has not paid their conference fees for any conference prior to and including the spring conference or made timely payment for any workshop attended; staff shall make contact first by phone with a follow-up letter indicating that until such past payments are made, the district shall not be able to register for any subsequent conferences.

A district with an outstanding conference registration beyond 30 days following the close of the conference, shall be contacted by staff to inform them of the lack of payment; 60 days after the conference the district will be contacted by the Executive Director. In both cases the district will have been informed that failure to make payment will result in their inability to attend future conferences until all payments in rears are satisfied.
